EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To make a return at SIGNAL, you can do so through our returns portal. On the portal, you can choose between a refund, an exchange for another garment, or a size exchange. The refund will be processed automatically once the package has been checked at our warehouse. The return period has been extended until January 10th so you can give gifts this Christmas without any problems. SIGNAL may return the package if the product is washed or shows signs of use. In case of defects, manufacturing faults, or if you have received an incorrect item, please send an email to info@signal-brand.com with a photo attached, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
