Legal Terms and Conditions of the Signal Brand Giveaway

1. Giveaway Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Signal Brand, with its registered office at Calle Herrero 6, 28891 Velilla de San Antonio, Madrid, Spain, and contact email info@signal-brand.com. Código Postal+1

2. Giveaway Purpose
The purpose of this giveaway is to reward and thank our community for their support by giving away 50 clothing items and 250 discount codes.

3. Participation
All individuals over 13 years of age residing in Spain may participate. Minors must have authorization from their parents or legal guardians.

4. Giveaway Mechanics
To participate, users must:

  • Follow Signal Brand's official Instagram account (@signal.brand).

  • Comment on the official giveaway post, tagging at least two people. Each comment with tags will be considered a valid entry.

  • It is not necessary to re-share the post to your story (this edition removes that condition).

5. Giveaway Dates
The giveaway will be active from Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM until Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

6. Prizes

  • 50 clothing items from the Signal Brand.

  • 250 discount codes valid until Wednesday, November 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

  • During the giveaway period, there will also be a guaranteed 10% discount for all users who register through the corresponding link. This discount will also be valid until Wednesday, November 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
    Note: The clothing items given as prizes will be sent randomly and may consist of sweatshirts, t-shirts, or underwear, from both previous collections and promotional items for the giveaway.

7. Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from valid comments on the post using a giveaway tool. During the giveaway period, one winner will be announced every 5 minutes, starting at 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 13, and continuing for approximately the next 10 hours.

8. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced via @signal.brand's Instagram stories and contacted by direct message. Winners will have 48 hours to respond and claim their prize.

9. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are personal and non-transferable.

  • Clothing items are subject to model and size availability.

  • Shipping of the free clothing items will be borne by the winners, who must cover the corresponding costs (6.90 €).

  • Discount codes are exclusively applicable in the Signal Brand online store (www.signal-brand.com).

  • No returns of awarded prizes will be accepted.

10. Data Protection
Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations. You can consult our privacy policy at www.signal-brand.com.

11. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

12. Modifications and Disclaimer of Liability
Signal Brand reserves the right to make modifications to the terms and conditions or cancel the giveaway due to force majeure. Furthermore, it is not responsible for any incidents beyond its control that may affect the development of the giveaway.
