EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To proceed with a return at SIGNAL, you can do so through our returns portal.
On the portal, you can opt for a refund, an exchange for a different garment or size, or a gift card. The refund will be processed automatically once the package has been checked at our warehouse. This process may take 2 to 5 days from the receipt of the package.
The return period cannot exceed 14 days from when the customer receives the package at their home (NOTE: From the start of Black Friday, this period will be extended until January 10, so you can give gifts without worry). SIGNAL may return the package to the customer if the product is washed, without a tag, or shows signs of having been used.
Please, in case of a defect, manufacturing flaw, or having received an incorrect garment, send an email to info@signal-brand.com attaching a photo and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
When making an exchange or return, these will be the charges associated with the collection and shipping of the order to our warehouse:
1. Exchange in Peninsular Spain: ā¬4.90 shipping cost, no additional cost for the new garment.
2. Refund: ā¬6.90 shipping cost.
3. Gift card: No additional cost.
4. Exchanges and Refunds Balearic Islands: ā¬6.90
5. Exchanges and Refunds Canary Islands: ā¬8.90
6. Ā Exchanges and Refunds in Europe: ā¬12Ā
7. Exchanges and refunds are not accepted in the Rest of the World.
