SHIPPING POLICY
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will get to work to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after 13:00 (CET) will be shipped and prepared on the next business day. If you have not received your order after the time indicated below for each country, please contact us with your order number, and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with your order tracking so you can stay informed about the status of your shipment at all times.
Signal will not be responsible for delivery errors resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by the User in the order form or if any information is missing.
*During collection launches, Black Friday, and Christmas, due to high demand concentrated within a few days, shipments may experience some delays.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Signal by email at info@signal-brand.com. Signal will refund the order amount, including shipping costs, provided the order has not been prepared and loaded onto courier trucks by our logistics warehouse, in which case no refund will be processed.

Customs Duties (non-EU countries): Our country of origin is Spain. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves about the regulations and potential customs duty payments applicable in the destination country. Should the customer decide not to pay these duties, and as a result, the package is returned to our facilities, the cost associated with the return shipment will be deducted from the corresponding refund. This amount will be deducted from the original value of the products included in the order.
